2.1 Professional Services

Oath Registry provides Business Documentation Registry and Compliance Record Support services to assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of corporate records. Details of each service are described on our website.

2.2 Digital Materials

We offer digital guides, templates, and instructional content designed to streamline documentation processes. These materials are delivered electronically via download links.

2.3 Physical Items

Oath Registry may supply printed forms, manuals, or other tangible items necessary for compliance support. Physical items are shipped to your provided address.

3. Reimbursement and Scheduling

3.1 Professional Services

Bookings must be scheduled in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, we will process a reimbursement using your original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-reimbursable due to preparatory commitments.

3.2 Digital Materials

Upon purchase, digital materials are made immediately available for download. All sales of digital materials are final once access is granted. No reimbursement will be issued after materials have been downloaded or viewed. If you encounter technical issues, contact us for assistance to restore access.

3.3 Physical Items

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of dispatch. Approved claims require the item to be unused and in its original packaging. Upon inspection, we will ship a replacement or issue a reimbursement. We cover shipping costs for approved replacement shipments. Reimbursements are completed within 15 business days after inspection.

4. Payment

Fees for all services, digital materials, and physical items are due in full prior to delivery. Payment options are detailed during checkout on oathregistry.info.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Oath Registry or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oath Registry shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site, services, or products.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on oathregistry.info. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
